24 hours a day on weekdays, in four sessions (US Eastern time): overnight 20:00-04:00, pre-market 04:00-09:30, regular 09:30-16:00 and after hours 16:00-20:00. SOon does not trade on weekends. The spread is wider outside regular hours.

A token issued by Ondo Global Markets and backed by real SO shares held in custody. It follows the price, and dividends are reinvested into the token, so over time one token is worth a little more than one share. You hold the token in your own wallet; it carries no voting rights.

Availability depends on where you are. Ondo tokenized stocks are not offered to US persons, and buying is blocked in some other countries, such as Canada. In some countries buying needs a short eligibility check first. Viewing the price and selling a token you hold are not restricted by region.
